- How long it takes us to create your order (production time)
- How long it takes the shipping carrier to deliver it to you (shipping time).
PRODUCTION TIME
CUSTOM ORDERS take 3-6 business days to create. Each piece is hand cut and made in our atelier with the highest quality standards.
RUSH ORDERS ship within 2-4 business days and are available periodically (or by request) for custom orders depending on our production schedule.
PRE-MADE ITEMS ship within 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time for Greece 1-3 business days.
Shipping time for Cyprus 2-4 business days.
Shipping time for the rest of the world 10-15 business days (depends on options). *
